Our Monday morning exercise group at the Triple E in Poth is a fun loving group of individuals who want to increase their flexibility/mobility, improve their strength, improve their core muscles, and get some aerobic workout to boot. The exercise routines are all low impact and geared toward novice or older individuals. If you are interested in joining the group, please send us an e-mail. We meet Monday mornings at 8 am, and the class lasts about 45 minutes. The class is led by Dr. JoNelle Zager, DC.
